Return & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eternalism. We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • - The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • - Tags and labels are still attached
  • - You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • - Billing and shipping address

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • - Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • - Intimate wear, swimwear, and mouth pieces (for hygiene reasons)
  • - Custom or personalized items 

2. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange if:

  • - The item doesn't fit or isn't what you expect.
  • - We have your desired item/size in stock

To request an exchange, please visit our Contact Page within the return period and we'll guide you through the process.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • - A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • - Processing time may take up to 7-10 working days, depending on your bank

If rejected (e.g. item worn or damaged), we'll notify you with a reason and offer to return the item to you.

4. Return Shipping

  • - You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
  • - We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • - If the return is due to our error, we'll cover the return cost.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • - Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact Page
  • - Include photos of the item and packaging
  • - We'll prioritize fixing the issue at no cost to you

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund: 

  • - Check your bank account again
  • - Contact your bank or card provider _ it may take time before your refund is officially posted
