1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • - Instant EFT via secure gateways
  • - Bank Transfer (bulk orders only)

All payments are processed securely using third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full card or banking details.

2. Payment terms

  • - All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
  • - Orders are not processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.
  • - For manual bank transfers, proof of payment must be emailed to us at [sales@eternalism.store] within 24 hours, or the order may be cancelled.

3. Currency

  • - All prices on our website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • - Please contact directly for international or custom transactions.

4. Pricing Accuracy

  • - We do our best to ensure accurate pricing on all products and shipping fees.
  • - In rare cases of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct the price and offer you the option to cancel or proceed at the corrected rate.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

  • - If your payment is declined, please try an alternative method or contact your bank.
  • - Orders will not be held if payment does not go through successfully.

6. International Orders

We do not process international payments through the standard checkout. If you're ordering from outside South Africa, please contact us directly and we will arrange a custom payment and shipping option.
